I feel like the luckiest person right now. David Hill worked his hardest to find me a home that suited my needs and budget and he succeeded. He worked closely with the selling agent and kept me updated on a regular basis on the progress. Just when I started to worry about the progress Id get an email or text telling me what information he had. When the bank was asking way more than what the house was worth, he did research and brought documentation to the bank and convinced them to come down on the price. David also worked closely with my loan agent and would pass on any information he had onto me. I just think how great it is that the loan agent, the selling agent, Fidelity Mutual and David Hill worked closely together making sure everything was going smoothly and keeping everyone in the loop as things progressed. I feel David was really watching out for my best interests the entire time. This was a short sale so it was a long and slow process, but well worth it. David is very knowledgeable about the whole short sale process. This really helped when in the middle of Escrow the sellers were considering backing out because they failed to do their homework on Short Sales, David met with them and filed them in on what they needed to know. And here I am with a big beautiful well soon to be beautiful home in a nice neighborhood in Paso Robles.Thank you very very much David Hill!

We decided to start looking for a home to purchase in the Fall of 2011. We put in a request online to view a house and David Hill was the realtor that met us there. From the very first house he showed us, we felt that we could trust him and that he would do his best to not only find us what we were looking for, but help us understand the process as we were first time buyers. He stayed in contact every step of the way so we never had to guess what was going on. The phrase above and beyond does not even begin to explain the lengths David went to to help us purchase the house we fell in love with. There were several snags along the way, and just when it appeared that we would not be able to get the house, he saved the day! Even after we purchased the house, David continues to be in contact with us. I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy. My husband and I decided to start looking at houses and met David Hill one day as he was showing an open house in Paso Robles. He was very nice and seemed to have a down to earth personality so we took his business card and that started our 3 year house hunting relationship together! Over the past several years we probably looked at over 70 houses with David no joke! He constantly sent us emails with updated listings and called or texted as soon as he heard of something that he thought might work for us. David went out of his way to accommodate our very busy schedules and many times set up showings on Saturdays and Sundays and even drove us around to look at houses in his personal vehicle. He was always very honest and never pushed us into making a decision. We put in a few offers on different properties and David always was on top of things. He always had the paperwork complete and all the phone calls made. He was great at keeping in contact with us and even arranged to have his colleague show us houses when he was out of town. When we finally found a house that was a fit for us David again was right on top of handling all the paperwork and even made all the appointments (appraisal, home inspection, termite inspection, etc.) for us. He tried his best to make everything very convenient. There was an instance when we had difficulty agreeing on a time to look at the house with the sellers not being present. David went completely out of his way and offered to pay for the sellers breakfast (out of his own pocket) so they would leave the house and they did! David also paid for a few other repairs to the house out of his own pocket just to make sure we were happy! David was very good at explaining things and keeping us up to date when we were going through escrow. He would constantly call, email or text with any and all new information. Buying a house can be a very stressful process and David Hill does the best he can to ease the craziness! We would definitely recommend David Hill to take care of all your realty needs and are grateful we ran into him one day years ago! We would without a doubt use his services again in the future!
