  • David never responded to my request

I was stunned when I asked my buyer to see if Hill would show them the house as I was in California. Hill refused because he said he wouldn't make any money showing it even though he is the listing agent. He expected a referral fee as well. In my 23 years in real estate I have NEVER HEARD OF THIS. It was unprofessional and rude. I found my property manager able to show the house and she said he was extremely rude to her when she picked up the key. Very sad and unprofessional
