David has everything I look for in a professional in any field. From the minute I met David you could tell he is a highly educated real-estate agent and expert in his field. His credentials speak for themselves but his knowledge of real estate and the science behind the market are unmatched. At the same time, he gets what is important to me as a seller and to the buyers and what their needs are. To this you can add he is the hardest working agent around. When he sold our house he was available at any time to meet and talk and always followed through with every request. He was constantly at the home and held the house open longer than any of the other local open houses in the area.Dave is genuine and has a great sense of humor. This is a very stressful part of life and David was always there with calm advice and options to calm our nerves and put us at ease. We understood that Daves refined approach would get the job done.

David did a fantastic job working with my husband and I. He was able to spend some time with us and find us our dream home. When we found the home David helped talk us through making an offer based on the circumstances and worked with the sellers realtor to get us under contract in a few days. David was very helpful in setting up and helping us understand the inspection and appraisal process. He worked closely with our lender and title to make sure we closed on time. David did a fantastic job pricing and selling our home in the Oakland Hills. We knew he would because he was our broker when we first bought the house in 2013, and he did a fantastic job for us back then as well. David knows the Oakland and Montclair (and also surrounding areas including Lafayette, Moraga, etc.) area intimately, and has an incredible amount of experience in marketing and more importantly developing a great pricing strategy for that market. For our home, David's research and pricing strategy allowed us to accomplish the two goals of both selling our home for our target price in a softening market, as well meet a very tight relocation schedule as we moved to Los Angeles. His assistance in introducing us to a fantastic broker and support team in Los Angeles and assisting us with the complex logistics of a relocation move was also greatly appreciated. David did a fantastic job for us.

David was truly an asset to have on our team as we were looking to buy our second property but first house.
