David Jablonski

My wife and I worked with David on the purchase of a home, and the sale and purchase of another in 2005. There were several aspects that I think set David aside from other realtors we worked with, from the selling side he was able to provide a detailed list of improvements we could make to increase the marketability of our home. He was able to put us in touch with local contractors for the things we couldn't do for ourselves and turned out to have a better handle on setting the price of our home than we had hoped. On the buying side I liked having David's insight into a variety of neighborhoods and schools and in particular his home building background that helped us avoid some nice looking homes that had some hidden shortcomings from a contstruction standpoint.

Dave is licensed to sell property in Grand Traverse County, MI and helped my husband and I locate a perfect condominium in downtown Traverse City as a vacation home. We purchsed the condo in 2007. He was flexible in meeting us in Traverse City for a "power" day of looking at listings within our price range. He helped evaluate the offer amount based upon market factors and evaluating the finishing touches we picked out to finish the new construction.

We recently sold our home with David as the listing realtor. He was very professional and explained the process well. We appreciated his honesty about pricing and what was happening with the home selling market. We sold our home more quickly than we had anticipated. We were also looking for a home to purchase. David asked us a lot of questions so that he knew what we were looking for in our next home. As we began looking at homes for sale, he was very inciteful and his home building experience was invaluable. His years of experience helped both the buying and selling process move along smoothly. David helped us sell 2 houses one of which was part of an estate. He guided us through some upgrades and pricing and the unit sold in a little over a month. This was in a condo project that had many units available and had not had a sale in close to 2 years. He also helped us sell another house and again his expertise resulted in a sale in under 30 days. In both cases we got more than we hoped for ina done market. We also used David as a buyers agent and was very thorough in guiding us through the process. I decided to use David to buy and sell my investment properties because not only is he very friendly and caring, he is professional, honest, and reliable. David was wonderful to work with! He shared history and little facts about the homes and area with my fiance' and I. He also made sure we didn't settle for anything but the best. David was extremely knowledgeable about house structure and what to look for when going through homes and you can tell that he truly loves what he does.
