- David helped me buy a home
Dave is extremely knowledgeable with the real estate transaction. He even corrected a mistake my own lawyer made. I had the pleasure of using Dave's services for 3 of my house purchases and referred my sister to him to get her house sold. I couldn't ask for a better agent!!!!!
- David helped me buy a home
David was awesome to work with. After firing my agent a good friend introduced me to David to help me find a home in Avalon. He was very methodical and patient with me during the searching process. He even talked me out of buying house because it didn't make sense for my needs. Not a day goes by that I thank the lucky stars I listened to him. He found the perfect house for me and I am so happy with my purchase. He really is one of a kind!!! I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house.
