We gave David our parameters, we viewed prospective properties, David found the right place and we bought. He showed us properties within our range, had done his homework about the properties. David is very knowledgeable about the Naples market. He was aggressive about contacting various companies that we needed to get things done, ie utilities, cable, Association Management and introduced us to the Membership Director at the Country Club where the property is located. When we were not able to be there he personally met with service people to get things done. On one occasion, the elevator stuck with me on it and he came to my rescue by getting the elevator company there promptly. I have purchased a dozen houses and condo's over my lifetime and David would rank with the very best. We would use him again and recommend him to others.

David understood our requirements and presented several options to hone those with us in a participative and professional way. Once we had settled on price and location, he scheduled viewing appointments to choose our preferred choice. David was very knowledgeable and served as an excellent advisor during negotiations.
