David Osterle is perhaps the finest Realtor that humankind has ever produced. That may be overstating it a bit, but I feel for us it's true. David is your true advocate during the purchasing process, he lends his opinion when needed, and spurs action when warranted. Our purchase and closing was laborious and drawn out, but David was there every step of the way explaining the process and moving things along. He also provided excellent references for other service providers that have made the process easier than it might have been.
