My experience with David Shippey was excellent. He is friendly, efficient, listens and sought to find a home that met my requirements. He is also quick to return calls. My situation was that I was not in the immediate area, but he setup several homes for me to look at in one day. I found the home I bought on that day and purchased it quickly thanks to David. I not only was completely satisfied with the job David did for me, I have grown to consider him now a friend. I recommend him highly.

David helped me find a beautiful home in Auburndale. As I was moving from out of country, he worked with my local family for viewings. David gave valuable guidance on location and homes. He pointed out things to be aware of, never pushing his view, just offering suggestions. As I am new to the area, he was helpful in getting me the contact information for utilities. He also checked that I wasn't being taken advantaged of with insurance pricing. David's depth of experience and knowledge of the area were exactly what I needed in purchasing my home.

Working with David was truly a great experience. He has now sold two houses for me in Florida while I was living in North Carolina. He goes above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable.
