After seeing how quickly and efficiently realtor David Tucker managed the sale of my neighbors home, I phoned him. I found that he has a very impressive knowledge of the area, is quite personable and is genuinely caring about doing his job well. Because he knows the neighborhood and pays attention to what buyers want, he had my house under contract, at full price, in one...single....day! WHO does that? I'll tell you who...someone who has developed expertise in the real estate process and is a good negotiator. Reflecting on the past few weeks, I now believe a better title for David is Captain MARVEL(ous)! He jumps in with both feet and is a hard working, dependable bundle of energy. He hauled away my old mattress, gifted and installed a new garage light fixture, added a downward drain pipe to the water heater, made an adjustment to the water softener and added exterior hose connections for safety. WHO does that? What realtor goes over and above expectations like that? David always promptly returns calls and communications and was thoughtful and generous in making the entire home-selling adventure smooth and easy for me. David helped sell our home and buy a new home. David made this experience very easy. He gave us ideas and tips on how to make our house show well. His help allowed us to sell our home in 3 days and at a higher than expected price. He is always willing to answer questions and responds quickly.
