Dawn leverages her data analysis skills against a deep understanding of the Chicago real estate market to create successful outcomes for both buyers and sellers. Her ten years of corporate experience in client advocacy gives Dawn an unfair advantage in negotiating on her client’s behalf. Dawn discovered her love for real estate after rehabbing her first home in the late 90’s. It was through that process that Dawn realized that her corporate experience had provided her all the tools she needed to run a successful one-on-one business that helps clients reach their goals. Dawn enjoys home design and staging and is an owner of Closet Outfitters in Chicago. She loves to travel anywhere she can hike and paddle board. Dawn had lived in Lincoln Park, Roscoe Village, and currently resides on the North Center – Lincoln Square boarder with her husband.
