Dayton helped my husband and I purchase our first home, and he was nothing short of amazing! Initially, we were nervous about working with a young realtor but that only proved to be in our best interest. Dayton is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He truly makes you feel like you are his only priority and follows you every step of the way. He was so flexible showing us houses with less than an hours notice and always gave us his honest opinion. He helped guide us through an insanely stressful and frustrating process with a smile on his face, I really cant say enough great things about him. I just happen to meet Dayton by requesting information on a house he was listed with on Zillow. I had no idea when I agreed to meet with him (to see if he was pushy like everyone else Id met) that Id also be meeting a new friend. I was a first time home buyer, that despite my best efforts, struggled to figure out what I wanted. He was patient and a great fountain of advice. He was always available when I had questions; to the point I seriously question when he sleeps or has a life! He worked so hard for me on every property that I would find and want. We had serious ups and downs in the process but he stayed strong ( and super patient!). He even helped me actually win my dream home while he was on vacation in Hawaii! Even though Im sure some people would think I was crazy for changing my mind so many times, he just went with it. And now Im in my first home and couldnt be happier with it! He even drove 45 min north to my new home out of town (yep, all that and I made him help me buy a house far north haha), just to be there when I got the keys for the first time. He even helped me take a fun picture for the moment. Im so glad I found him and Im even happier I have a new friend. Thank you Dayton!!
