When requested to return keys via a reputable carrier since he cannot return keys within 48 hours, Dean will send keys via USPS and they will get lost. When you still don’t have keys 3 weeks later and have to beg for a replacement key, Dean will ensure that the locksmith doesn’t come at a convenient time and that the locksmith doesn’t give you enough replacement keys.
