Deanna Marasch

We had the good fortune and pleasure to work with Deanna on the purchase of a new home in Denver and the subsequent sale of our condominium in Littleton this fall. Our journey with Deanna was not necessarily planned. In early September we had not pondered selling, but circumstances changed and we elected to move closer to our daughter. Deanna, being a dear friend of our daughter, was recommended. She proved to be absolutely the correct choice. Her desire to do right for us was never absent. A can do attitude, coupled with a gentle, but firm, ability to represent our interests to the cache of contacts it takes to finish real estate transactions was outstanding. Whether it was interaction with other realtors, inspectors, appraisers or lenders her talents enabled the success of each of our transactions, both closing on time and without heartache. When the occasional issue did arise she was on it, solving the problem with apparent ease. Deanna faced the added challenge as we, at the time, were remote buyers, requiring even more “heavy lifting” on her part in coordinating remote viewing and conference calls. She even pitched in to prep our condo for selling, adding her own personal touch for staging. We would not hesitate to recommend Deanna to other potential buyers or sellers. She has the temperament, commitment and dedication to do right for her clients. She is a winner and, in our view, any customer of hers will be too. Our gratitude to Deanna is immense and rather than thinking of her as our realtor, we now consider her our close friend. She’s a keeper.
