Debbie was amazing! Moving to this area in CA from Nevada was a huge shock to us and it took some time for us to adjust to the market. She was VERY patient with us as we moved through the emotional process of buying a home here. She provided excellent advise and always answered all of our questions immediately. When we first began looking for a home, we were surprised at how much stuff there was that we had not seen on our original plans. Debbie made us aware of all the questions that we were not asking, and showed us what to look for in a house that we had not considered looking at. Once we had the house that felt like ours, Debbiewalked us through each step of the process, making sure that we were well educated on every part of the process. She told us what everything meant on the forms, helped us on getting the right person for a home loan, and made sure that we were aware of things that might go wrong, so that we could plan for any eventuality. She made sure that we got thebest deal possible, which is double important, since we were first-time homebuyers, and had little to no experience in this market. Without Debbie we might still be looking, and we most certainly would not have found the perfect house for us.

Debbie was my parents realtor, she helped them with the purchase of 2 homes over the past 20 years. When my boyfriend and i were ready to buy our first home my parents referred me to Debbie, and im very glad they did! We had an amazing experience working with Debbie.
