Ive worked with Debbie Wilkes on the sale of three properties. I was impressed with her extensive knowledge about real estate and her drive to get the properties under contract. Debbie works very hard to keep all the moving parts of a sale, moving. Debbie is awesome! She has a great personality and a thorough knowledge of the real estate world. During our house search, she took us to several places and then asked what we liked, what we didnt like, what we would change, etc., so she could get a better idea of what we were looking for. She also got us enrolled to receive daily emails that included the parameters of our search criteria. This helped us so much!! If a question popped into our minds late at night or on the weekend, I would text or email Debbie while it was on our minds, thinking she could answer when she returned to the office. Without fail, she returned our messages within an hour or two, usually within minutes! She was right there with numbers to the utility company, water, trash services, you name it and if she didnt know something she would find out. We have worked with real estate agents before, both as seller and buyer, and we have never experienced such excellent customer service.
