My husband and I highly recommend Deborah to be your real estate agent for buying home. In a sellers market with less inventory, it is too difficult for a buyer to get the right home at right price. Plus, if you are a first time buyer, you wouldnt be aware of the market, real estate process etc. She doesn't pressure us to purchase any particular home and is focused on only what we want. Working with Deborah has helped us get the right home at the right price. She is very knowledgeable about real estate and knows all the ins and outs of the process. She took care of the everything finding right home, getting the right inspectors, getting the repair done in house after inspection, helping me understand the real estate process, and doing whatever is needed. She is available anytime and responds very quickly. She is friendly, calm, and understands the needs of the client really well. With Deborah, I never felt any kind of pressure to buy home. Even after we got the keys, Deborah has been in touch with us and made sure we were completely satisfied. I will only work with Deborah for any future real estate needs.

We were looking for homes in the west valley back in 2011 and 2012 and were not having much luck. Our realtors at the time were nice and informative but the homes were not to our liking.I don't exactly remember how we encountered Mrs.Carlsen but I'm glad we did after a few misses she said I'm going to fine a home that you guys can be happy with and can afford if it's the last thing that I do !A few days later she called and said" can you meet me at a certain address I've got the home for you" my wife walked in to the house and smiled and said "this is it" After meeting with the owners and with Mrs. Carlsen at our side negotiating with us .We were able to agree on a beautiful home .We would highly recommend Mrs. Deborah Carlsen.

Deborah helped us buy it 1st home in 2001, we gaff no idea what we were doing and she was excellent falling us with the process and getting us a perfect home. Then, in 2008 she helped us again into getting an investment home, but the amazing thing was that 7yrs later when i called her she knew exactly who i was n remembered the house she had helped us with. We have singer recommended her to our family and friends and she got then into their home as well. Deborah is amazing at what she does, 16 yrs later from our initial meet she still keeps in touch. Highly recommended!

I was impressed that on our initial meeting, Deborah listened to our needs and then directed us accordingly. She was extremely patient and thorough and walked us through every step of the process in detail. She was always on time, respectful of our time and helped us to sell our house as well as buy a new one. She was fantastic and I would highly recommend her for anyone buying or selling a home!

Deborah found our last house for us 13 years ago. She did such a fantastic job, we asked her to help us find a new house and sell the first one she helped us buy. Our house had an offer within 48 hours thanks to her knowledge of the area and the market. Deborah made a few suggestions, which we followed, and we are glad we did. Deborah didn't show us houses she wanted to sell, she listened and showed us exactly what we wanted. We are thrilled with our "new" house.

Deborah did a great job for us. We only had one day to look at houses. She was so organized and listened to us that we were able to look at 18 homes and had a contract on our new home by 4 o'clock. She was a pleasure to work with and we will use her again if need be, but I believe we found the perfect home for us.
