  • Deborah listed and sold my home

      Let me start off with Debbie Renna-Hynes was a family friend who offered to help me and my family sell our home and help find us another house to buy, I felt that I could trust her to look out for our best interest..... Well it didn't quite go like that at all! Debbie came to our home in the start of Sept 2015, she was her usual bubbly friendly self but armed with something much more sinister the "contract" which we signed where it stated she was waiving her "FEE" (which she made clear was her 3%!) everything was very rushed and seemed to be that everything would be explained "later" but my family member who is friends with Debbie was there with us and we thought we were dealing with a friend who'd never ever rip us off, have us over, or lie to us..... Please people be aware of the fact that DRH and her team are nothing but ruthless liars and tricksters! This woman would not have anything to do with us after we signed the "contract" and basically stole from us, as the original "contract" that I requested a copy of but did not receive until March 2016? was forged and changed to "NO TRANSACTION FEE" which if you google it is known as the "Junk Fee' and doesn't even exist???? When I finally got to speak to Debbie on the phone (after about 100 attempts) and I questioned her about it, she instantly became very hostile, shouting, screaming and cursing at me saying "I NEVER SAID THAT, THAT'S F$%KING BULL$#*T ect, ect) obviously forgetting that her friend (my family member) was also there too to witness what she had told us!!!... Also may i add that if she was able to make things any worse for us, she did it. So please people be aware of CRIMINALS such as Debbie Renna-Hynes and I am sure there are plenty of them out there. I am really saddened to think someone who I entrusted with a huge part of my family's life and well being turned out to be a predator only interested in getting that extra $800+ to line her own greedy pocket! probably to pay for the several high end luxury vehicles that I have seen!!
