The owner of the house I lived in for 5 yrs had to sell. I needed to find a new home for my family with kids in school and wanted to stay in same neighborhood. I'm a New Jersey resident who recently sold my mom's home on Staten Island. A few friends and family members suggested a Real Estate Agent for me to use , I had one lined up but hadn't signed a contract with him yet. Ironically , I had a contractor do some work at the home before I listed it and he happened to ask what Realtor I was planning on using. He immediately suggested Dianne Lopardo and pleaded with me to give her a shot saying she was the best on Staten Island . At first I wasn't going to call but figured let me do so, after all , what did I have to lose ?!?!? Upon meeting Dianne I immediately felt that this agent had the energy I needed to make things happen and fast. I went into contract and was told after all the papers were signed that she would handle everything . In fact her words were ,'Now you can sit back and relax, the rest is on me!' Dianne immediately went into action listing my mom's home and within a week I had a showing. In today's market many buyers are educated and know what they want at a price they can afford. I had a few buyers submit bids that were considerably lower than what I could accept, Dianne stood strong and told me to follow her lead even if it meant losing a buyer. Dianne sold my mom's home for the price I wanted and kept me in the loop every step of the way .Dianne is extremely intelligent and is very confident in her job. Whenever I was stressed this woman calmed my fears. The day of the closing I thanked her and struggled to find the right words to describe her.She's very professional, honest, qualified, and experienced. On top of it all she's made me feel like I had known her my entire life. I feel like I could never repay her for all she did for me , especially because this property had been in my family for 50 years and it was the home I grew up in . If you're looking for a Realtor this is the woman to choose. I've already told so many people about her and will always recommend her. I consider myself to have 'high standards' and don't usually recommend anyone for fear of things not working out. Dianne is the exception . Thank you again Dianne, it's kind of sad knowing that I won't be working with her any longer but I will always be in her corner as her personal advocate !
