We met Debbie at an open house while we investigated homes for a possible job relocation to the Atlanta area. Our first impressions of her was that she was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable of the area/market. She provided great information on the local areas, including school information, good restaurants and places to visit while learning the area. Once the job offer was accepted and relocation was imminent Debbie helped us narrow our searches down. I think we must have seen over 40 houses before we finally found the house for us. Debbie helped negotiate the price of the new house and guided us through a smooth closing with the sellers. Our house we bought was contingent on our house selling out-of-state which made the process slightly more complicated but Debbie was a pro and it all went smoothly. Debbie Mullis is fantastic! Debbie was initially contacted by my fiance, who at almost 50 years old, had never purchased a home and was incredibly afraid of making such a large purchase.
