My wife and I had a tight timeline and very specific requirements (difficult to find) and we were doing our search from out of state. Debbie was very responsive to each one of our many inquiries and was very accommodating with our visit schedule. We ended up finding a recently bank owned property that was perfect, but the process was stressful. Thanks to Debbie, we ended up getting that home at a great price. Her knowledge of the market and of the process was just as important as her great work ethic and responsiveness. As a bonus, she also gave us great information about anything local that we asked about, and even provided several references for various services we inquired about. She's hands down the best Realtor we've ever worked with.
