I was relocating from PA to TN to be with my Mother & Brother. I had been looking on line for months for a rural property for me & my dogs & horses.I was working 60 to 70 hrs a week in PA & did not have time to visit each property physically but my Brother knew what I was looking for, so he was my eyes. I lost a few properties because I had no knowledgeable support on the TN side. I needed someone who understood me; knew what I wanted & could dig in knowing that I was 850 miles away. Well, thank God I found Debra! It took us months of phone calls; virtual tours(sometimes more than once on a single property)& some long discussions; but she was always there no matter what time of day or night.Long story short--I'm here in TN;in a beautiful house;on a beautiful property.The long distance transaction went without a hitch thanks to Debra

My husband and I were moving from South Carolina to Tennessee as a result of a promotion from within the company I work for. It was more than a little unnerving to change so many things at once, including moving away from our children, though now grown and on their own, as well as moving away from all our friends and the surrounding comfort of the people and places we knew. As my husband was staying back with our pets until I found a permanent home, I was on my own to establish a new life for us in Tennessee.Debra was a joy from the first day I met her and was such a pillar of support to me during this transition. We talked about what I was looking for and she not only showed me the houses I would like, but she also took me on a tour of the area so I would have a better "lay of the land" we were moving into.Aside from the inherent stress of moving, especially inter-state, my unfortunate choice in an incompetent lender almost cost me the purchase of the house we finally decided upon. I was almost homeless! Debra got 100% involved with this lender, even taking a couple of personal hits to make up for his glaring errors, and was an active catalyst in pushing the sale through. She really saved the day!I would highly recommend Debra to anyone! She is a top-notch realtor and also became a good friend, who was a great shoulder to cry on during the touch-and-go moments with the lender. My husband and I are so happy with our new home and neighborhood and are so very grateful to Debra for making our hopes a reality!
