Debra is hands down the best realtor you are going to find. She always goes the extra mile and has made both buying and selling our home a breeze. She has the "aggressiveness", if you will, that a realtor needs to have to make things happen. Most realtors lack that. We most recently used Debra to sell our home and she made it extremely easy and not the slightest bit stressful when we completed the entire selling process from across the continent. She is thorough, efficient, and is an expert in her field. We are proud to be a repeat client of Debra, and even prouder to call her our friend!

Debra was incredible!!! From the moment we decided to go with her, she was on top of everything!! This agent is such a detail person and doesn't miss anything! Debra helped me with the purchase of my wife and I's new home. It was a difficult move coming from California to Florida and when I contacted her back in August, she was sending me homes right away that fit our criteria to get a better sense of what works for us. Once we verified we were coming to Florida for a vacation, she scheduled all of the viewings and had a break down of each day and what homes we would see (both new construction and resale). On our last day of looking at homes, we found the perfect size house and decieded to go for it. It was a new construction home and Debra was there every step of the process. Debra is awesome! She listed our home (we got an offer this first weekend it was listed) & helped us buy our new build. Her follow skills are the best, she was quick to respond to any questions I had. In addition , we needed a handy man for some last minute fixes , so I asked her if she new anyone (within one day she sent a handyman to our house)! This is service! Her knowledge in real estate exceeded my expectations! With our new build I asked her if she could join me at the design center to pick out my options, she did did not hesitate to say Yes!
