Dee Love

Use extreme caution if choosing to use Dee Love. Love agreed to a act as Dual Agent in my case, serving as my Buyer's agent. It quickly became clear that Love's interests were only for herself. She failed to notice that a state required document was incomplete, putting me at risk. After submitting my hand written 'Offer to Purchase and Contract", she noticed a 'Buyer's Representation' field was left blank and populated it with a figure of her own choosing, without notifying me or getting my approval. This figure did NOT represent my circumstances or offer. She further failed to give me the 'Working with a Real Estate Agent' brochure at first substantial contact, answered critical questions I asked in a way that misled me, and failed to communicate my questions and instructions to hte Seller. I was not impressed.
