- Delcy never responded to my request
Please contact the California Association of Realtors before doing any business with this person. This person did property management for me and did a terrible job. No walk through checklists, no keys, no leases. Really scattered and unorganized "professional." Oh and also stole thousands of dollars from me by asking for a pre listing payment on a separate transaction and not returning that payment when listing was finalized.
