I am writing to share with you my opinion about Delia McCormick in helping us sell our family house. This was a very difficult task because of the age of the house, the number of similar properties on sale in the area, and because of the season. Delia was superb in coaching us through this experience as well as understanding, helpful, caring and delivering the ultimate result. We cant imagine how anybody could ask for more in a similar situation like ours. We'd like to express our utmost praise and thankfulness for her endeavors. Additionally, her husband John and son James stepped in at critical moments to help us throughout the process. What an amazing team! We won't hesitate to recommend Delia to others in the area.

I was very pleased overall. Every time there was an obstacle, they were resourceful and came up with a solution. On multiple occasions, there was an issue and they always told me what to do or who to call. They always gave me the information right away. They were very responsive.

We recently purchased a home. It was made possible by a most professional and responsive real estate agent-Delia McCormick. Initially, we walked away from the property as we felt it was too dark. In a follow up call, Delia asked why we'd lost interest. Shortly thereafter, she called back to ask if we'd take another look if the trees in front were trimmed back to allow more light into the home. Within two days, this was accomplished, and our next visit ended with our putting in a contract. Although Delia explained, up front, that she was the seller's agent, she remained sensitive to our needs and limitations. We never felt the need to involve our own realtor. In addition, she, and her husband John, were most helpful as we proceeded through the inspection and subsequent repair process.
