After several realtors that delivered empty promises, my husband and I decided to find our dream house ourselves. After a year of our diligent search, sometimes enjoyable, many times not we, thought we had finally found a piece of land, we called the Realtor that was listed on a sign by the side of the road who ended up being Demetra. The property wasn't affordable for us but she immediately gave us a list of other possibilities, within 24 hours we entered a bid on our dream house and we are now proud owners! She is such a warm, passionate, funny, enjoyable person to be around. Since we have closed on our home Demetra continues to help us with any questions or needs we have which is greatly appreciated and helpful since we live out of state.
