We have had the pleasure of working with Denice three times in the past three years both buying and selling our homes. We first had great success with Denice when we first moved to the Bay Area, during which she helped us in securing our first home in Redwood Shores. We managed to buy slightly below the listed price for a lovely home, which is generally unheard of in this area. When time came just 3 years later for us to upgrade to a bigger home, we had a very narrow and specific set of criteria in a small limited area of the same Redwood Shores neighborhood in which we were interested in making the move. After more than a year of searching together, we finally found the perfect home, and she again represented us as our buyer agent and helped us get our current home during a tight seller's market. Through her diligence, professionalism, and her relationship with the sellers agent, we managed to purchase the house in what otherwise could have been a multiple bidding situation. Almost a month later, she represented us as our sellers agent in selling our old home, for which we received multiple, above-asking bids.
