I have worked with Denise on two occasions, the first was purchasing my first home and the second was selling that home and purchasing another one. Both experiences went very smooth and were as stress-free as home buying can be. Denise is a true real estate professional; she understands the constantly changing market, she has the appropriate technical knowledge, and she is willing and happy to provide her personal and professional advice throughout the entire process. On the sale of my home, we received multiple full-price offers within the first 48 hours of listing and on the purchase of my next home we were able to negotiate with the seller to a fair price that was quite a bit less than their original listed price. Overall, I highly recommend Denise, you cannot go wrong with hiring her as your real estate agent.
