  • Denise helped me buy a home

      Exceptional, she is a hard working realator, we were looking for a home in the South Gulf Cove area, Denise took us around looking at numerous homes on the market, we found one that interested us, we placed a bid and were goint to purchase the home till the appraisal came in far below what we had offered. Sellers were not willing to negotiate so Denise began the process of finding more homes for us to look at. Almost no spec homes were available at the time we were looking and Denise found a new home which went up for sale after the deal feel through for someone else. We put in an offer and Denise made our dream of home ownership in South Gulf Cove a realaty. She lives in SGC and is very familiar with the area which made looking for a home easier. She was in constant contact with us throughout the entire process and made us feel more then just clients.
