My experience working with Denise was very positive. She listened to what I was looking for and stayed within my expressed price range when presenting homes for me to consider. She made herself available to see each of the properties during times I was available. She stuck with me and toured many houses on weekends leading up to our successful closing on the house I ultimately bought. When it was time to make an offer, she walked me through the process and was quick to present the offers to sellers, and their responses to me. When my offer was accepted, she followed through working with me and my lender to complete the transaction. I would describe Denise as professional, persistent, knowledgable, and responsive. She can help you find the house that will meet your needs, and wants when you work with her.
