Denise made the entire experience smooth and pleasurable. She is a great listener (and the importance of understanding what a home buyer is looking for cannot be overstated enough), she managed to translate our wishes into concrete plans and actions, communicated with great clarity us at every step, paying a lot attention to details while patiently explaining the process to us. We were almost in disbelief when we realized that getting the property we dreamed of was actually going to happen, and all thanks to Denise's relentless and accurate work. We couldn't have asked for a better service and, in our humble opinion, she has now set quite a high bar for performance in her profession.

We have had the property on market multiple times and for many years, but didn't make the sell, including with brand-named agents self-claimed as being the #1 in the Bay Area for high-end properties.We eventually found Denise (actually she found us) and she took the task very seriously and professionally, and made extraordinary efforts, including setting up, decorations, maintenances, etc. and many other details. And her communication with potential clients was just excellent.Since both my wife and I were working aboard then, it was difficult for us to look after the property during the period. Denise and her husband provided helping hands and taken care of the property down to the very details, as if its their own house.The end result is: the property was locked with serious offer in about ONE month after the house was put on to the market for the Nth time (not even during hot sale season) and the transaction was completed smoothly in less than 3 months while we were on the other side of the Earth.The contrast of Denise and her professional service is so large in comparison with the many agents we have had previously, the only rating we see appropriate is nothing else but full Five-Star.
