This is my third house purchase in many markets - Washington DC, Minneapolis MN and Miami. Denni is by far the most responsive and attentive, yet low pressure and considerate agent I have dealt with. She carefully listened to and internalized the factors most important to me, quickly narrowed down the possibilities, showed me around and then after my decision answered all my repetitive and annoying questions with thoughtful, fact-based responses. She is incredibly patient, even-keeled, and eager to help. She has been an absolute doll throughout.

I bought an oceanview condo in downtown Miami, SALES SERVICE IS BEYOND EXTRAORDINARY in RE/MAX CityView. Denni and Marc just impressed me in everyway. I would say I could not make a more lucrative investment than the deal they got me.This is a boutique company but they are definitely trustworthy to handle big business. Now I am thinking to buy a second home on SoBe for my parents with a bigger budget, again, I will only go to RE/MAX CityView. From searching for my ideal condos, showing me the property to negotiating with the seller, Marc and Denni always put themselves in my shoes and care about my satisfaction more than anything. As a professional realtor with years of experiences, Marc almost knows everything about Miami real estate industry and gave me a lot of constructive suggestions in my investment. After the whole deal was closed smoothly, my broker Denni even offered to help me with the complicated tax exemption process which is supposed to be my own business. I am just speechlessly grateful!At this moment while i am sitting in my oceanview balcony, sipping my fine pino noir, and enjoying the sunshine and warm breeze of Miami, I can't help leaving this review to recommend RE/MAX CityView to everybody who needs help with real estate in Miami because I know positive word-of-mouth is the best gift that a client can ever give to a business she has been satisfied with. I am not usually one to write reviews but I just had to write one for Denni Jordan because it was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE working with her. My parents were looking to buy property for the first time and to make matters more complicated, they were abroad. Denni made it so easy for us down to the smallest of details: taking us to see apartments on our limited schedule, negotiating on our behalf, and paying for an Uber when it started raining during one of our visits. She was professional, reliable, efficient, and super considerate. And unlike most of the realtors I have encountered, who only cared about their own profit, Denni really listened to our needs and offered advice accordingly. Communication with her was so easy as she always responded timely and always stayed true to her words. Though we had next to no experience buying a home, we felt really confident making the purchase with her representing us! So if you want a realtor who is truly on your side, who gets things done efficiently and is highly capable, I would strongly recommend Denni Jordan.

When I went to sell my condo in Brickell I do what I always do and used Yelp to help me out. When I saw such good reviews for RE/MAX CityView (I mean who gets 5 stars) I was skeptical. Let me tell you this, there should be a 6th star. Denni was so professional, so helpful, and the process went so smoothly. I can't say enough good things about her.

Denni is an Outstanding Real Estate Agent. She is very professional and always getsthings done. We have been dealing with Denni for almost a year with a short sale and she has always shown to have a beautiful character. She is honest, very intelligent and is extremely good at what she does. She never gave up on getting the property that we were interested in. There were so many obstacles that presented themselves during the period of the short sale and she always went out of her way to do whatever it took to make the deal go thru. We were all amazed at her work ethics and her persistent in getting the deal approved. We deeply appreciate all the hard work and everything she did for us to get the house. We are very happy and we highly recommend her to all our family & friends. We dealt with some many realtor in the states and Internationally and Denni is by far the best Real Estate Agent you could ask for. She is amazing!!

Denni is the best. She is super nice, always considering my best interest, very professional, extremely knowledgeable. Having Denni as my broker is the best decision I made. Without her, I would not be able to buy the condo I wanted at a great price. She is extremely responsive to my question. And I got a lot of questions. She was always patient and answered my questions quickly even in weekends and nights. She always had my best interest in mind. Buying a condo in this market can be sometimes frustrating and emotional. She collected a lot of info and helped me to compare the location, monthly expenses, comparable sales and many other things, to avoid overpay. She did so much work for me, reeally unbelievable. I actually wanted to make a purchase in 2011, but did not have a good broker working with me through the very complicated process in Miami. I really wish I found Denni then. Finding a good broker is the most important thing in buying process, and Denni is a great one!
