I loved working with Dennis Lunder. He has a unique approach to working with sellers and marketing their homes that is highly effective. You can list your home with him with a lot of confidence that he is devoting time to it and is selective in his hunt for prospects who might actually buy your home, as opposed to casting a wide net or just holding a bunch of open houses which may find prospects for realtors but not for your house. Dennis is intelligent, focused, and extremely hardworking. He also has knowledge and relationships in high tech that make him very successful in Silicon Valley. I can't recommend him enough.
