To be honest, it's very hard to find a good realtor who understands your needs and provides excellent service for finding your next home. I had a very bad experience with my previous realtor. She was just taking us to different showings and looking around with us. And then I met Denny. My personal opinion is that he is a professional. He will listen to your needs, understand your expectations and explain the important points when you need more details. He is very conversational and respectful. I am already referring my friends to him as I know that they will be very happy with his quality and professional service

Denny was awesome! Since I was a first time home buyer I didnt know anything about the process. Denny really broke everything down and explained it to me slowly. He had good recommendations on who to use, especially when it came to the mortgage broker. He was always very responsive when it came to texts and emails and even met up with me when I only gave him a single day notice.
