Derek was such a joy to work with! My fiance and I were first time home buyers which was overwhelming at times. But Derek made the process easy and manageable. He was always on top of things for us and made sure everything was moving along as scheduled. But it's not just that, Derek's professional but kind attitude is what sets him apart.
