I used DeWana Hale to sell our home in Sacramento and she was outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. DeWana Hale stood out as one of the best Sacramento has to offer: her personal ranking by my standard is excellent, her social media presence is strong, and I could tell that she put a lot of work into her listings. I spoke with DeWana and then met with her at my home she spent hours answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes had sold the area, how long my listing would typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. I was concerned with the location of my house and that it was in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes and would be tough to sell. DeWana made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like taking the time to come and give me staging tips, and taking beautiful photographs, and a lot more. When I saw my listing I was blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - my listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. My house went under contract shortly after I put it on the market. I accepted and DeWana walked me through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I recommended DeWana Hale to everyone I know. She's a true professional and a genuinely nice individual. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd find it extremely difficult to o find a better Realtor.
