I have utilized Dexter's services to multiple times over the past 5 years and referenced him to several friends and family who have experienced the same high quality service that I received.Dexter sold my rental property that was located in Rochester NY while I was living in Maryland. This long distance process could have been very stressful but he made it painless and quick. Immediately after contracting with him the property was listed and beautifully advertised. He worked with my property manager to coordinate showings and closed the sale with great efficiency. Recently he helped me with the purchase my current home. He listened to my needs and presented to me great options and I found my home in less than 30 days. Dexter facilitated the paperwork and supported me through the negotiation process with ease. I was extremely pleased with the results.A few months ago he helped my parents to sell the family home of 25 years.

We were busting at the seams at our old house and began searching for a larger home. We did not want a 'fixer', needed at least 3k square feet, and so on. We had been looking for over a year on our own before deciding we needed a realtor. It was very discouraging - after several excursions, we were ready to give up entirely. We just couldn't afford what we needed. Dexter spent several days showing us homes we'd previewed on the Internet - he set up an automatic email with details on particular homes, we'd flag those we were interested in.After one intense day of looking at several homes all over, I vividly remember him plugging his laptop into the car adapter, resting it on the hood of his van and going through listings with us again. We'd either seen then all, or they didn't work for our needs.He pointed out a home we'd looked at online before - but it needed work and was a bit beyond our price range. Was a foreclosure, which we didn't want to bother with either. Well, it had been out of our price when we'd seen it earlier but the bank that owned it had just knocked about 50k off the price that very day which is why he showed it to us...We went to see the home and fell in love despite it not meeting some key needs. Sure, it was big, but had no garage, had a non-usable basement, but it had enough baths, bedrooms, lovely (wet) yard... decent kitchen and so on. LOL! We went back several times to be absolutely sure... Thankfully, Dexter took us through the whole foreclosure thing quite easily - we didn't have to worry about anything at all in fact. It was a very smooth transaction all around and we've been in our home well over a year now and still love it! Dexter is very professional, up on the latest technology and information, very kind and patient, responsive to our questions and concerns and all around knowledgeable about all facets of real estate. When we sell our old house, we'll definitely be engaging Dexter to help us.I'm convinced he 'read' us well enough to ignore our repeated desire regarding not wanting a fixer, realizing we just can't resist the charm of older homes. Dexter was an excellent agent. I was able to find a house, see it the next day and that night make an offer on it. If he had not been as quick as he was I probably would not have gotten the house. His knowledge of the negotiation process put me at ease. He was there for me from start to finish and had great recommendations for people to do my house inspection and which lawyer to use. All which saved me time and money. This was my first home purchase and everything went smoothly and according to plan. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a house.

Dexter Craig recently helped me sell an investment property. It was a bit of a tricky sale as there were some CofO issues, and the buyer turned out to be a bit fickle. Dexter did an excellent job of advising me and getting to the closing table.I've worked with him for a couple of years now, both as a buyer and a seller. His knowledge of the City of Rochester and surrounding are are excellent. Dexter has sold two of my houses and helped me purchase one property. The last property he sold was a tough sell. The property was on the market two times. Dexter managed to sell the property. he worked tirelessly on my behalf. I am live out of state, so having an agent that is reliable and is willing to take care of all details was a godsend.
