  • Diana and I connected, but did no business

I would not recommend this realtor. She was the listing agent on a home we attempted to buy. We went back and forth with the owner after they asked us to come back in on a deal and finally settled on a price and all of the other terms. We even received confirmation of agreement in emails. Between the emails and signing the contract, she informs us there is a “problem” and that they have accepted a higher offer. So after asking us to come back in and then agreeing to everything, you negotiate in bad faith for an extra $5K. Funny, she never even asked us to counter to get the most money for her client because we would have been okay with going up another $10K. All in all, she is not honest and does not act with integrity, so I would not recommend trying to purchase her listings or using her as your agent.
