We found Diane on Zillow after dealing with 2 other non-responsive realtors. Diane was on our search right away with was especially helpful to us as we're expecting our first child any day now. She always made us feel as if we were her most important clients & fit in viewings at our convenience, not hers. She was very responsive via email, text & phone calls. Our price point was limited yet she never made us feel as if our business was less important to her than someone else looking for a house in a range that was double or triple what we were looking at. While I have already dragged Diane to dozens of properties and flip flopped 20 times on what and where I want to buy, Diane is not only patient, but enthusiastic and responsive every time Ive asked to go out. While she always makes me feel as if I am her only client, I see glimpses into the incredibly long hours she spends helping her clients. Diane Brennan is an excellent realtor. She is professional, knowledgeable, funny, personable, and extremely helpful. She was ALWAYS available to show me a property or help with questions I had regarding the contract negotiations. I needed critical information from the HOA requirements during the loan proccesing phase but couldn't get a response from the management company. I n a panic, I reached out to Diane and she immediately made a call to the management company, got the answer I needed and the loan process continued.
