Matt has helped my family with 4 houses. He is very bright and personable, therefore, easy to work with. And he's a very very hard worker. He is a very good negotiator as well as a superb listener. This allows him to make terrific suggestions. I have suggested him to patients of mine and he has come through for them quickly and professionally. They have been very happy with him as well. He understands the area's markets and makes buying and selling a house easy. I'm always cautious about recommending anyone but don't hesitate with Matt.
