I highly recommend Diane and her team to anyone looking to sell their home! This was my first time selling a home and she was so helpful in helping me understand the process and reviewing what we needed to do to get ready to sell. The posting and pictures were wonderfully done and drove a lot of traffic quickly. I still cannot believe we had an offer in less than 24 hours after the posting went up! A huge thank you to Diane and Megan, they made this extremely stressful time so much easier.
We were very pleased with Diane's professionalism and her assistant Megan was wonderful as well. We would highly recommend her. She was very good at getting back to us and answering any questions we had. She was also very patient with me and my husband when we had some bumps in the road and delays (not her fault, but the buyers). She was great at explaining everything to us in a way we could understand it. She posted our home on several websites, which generated a lot of showings. Her advise to lower our price was good because not long after we did, then it sold. We were very happy with the price we got for our home. She was there for us at the closing in case of any problems, but there were none. All the paperwork was in good order and everything went smooth. She was professional and friendly throughout the entire journey of selling our home. Selling a home can be stressful, but she helped make it as stress free as possible. Thank you Diane and Megan!
