When my wife and I decided to sell our house we were referred to Martha and we didnt regret that choice for a moment. She helped us out tremendously with the process, and the house was under contract in no time. When that fell through she was right there helping us get back in the game and under contract again within weeks. As that closing came nearer and we re-evaluated building vs. buying we had her also show some houses to us, and the decision was made as we decided to have her be our buying agent for the new house. That transaction has now closed (in what feels like record time) and there is not a single negative I can think of. Dealing with Martha and her team is the epitome of what real estate transactions should be like. I wish all agents were as responsive and attentive and helpful and committed as Martha.
