We live in Fargo, North Dakota and we were looking for a home in the Surprise/Peoria area of Arizona. This was going to be a long distance transaction. We were fortunate enough to find a real estate agent who could put this kind of deal together. Dominick Cole, as our representative, was one of the two most important parts of putting the whole deal together. The other part being, finding the perfect home for us, which we did. Dominick represented us in the most attentive, loyal, knowledgeable, hard working and responsible way. He always kept our best interests at the forefront of all aspects of the real estate transaction and he was always very prompt with answers to any questions we had and any new information he received. We feel very confident referring him to anyone who may be considering buying or selling a home.

We relocated from CO to AZ. Dominick was the only agent willing to show us homes across Phoenix and the surrounding areas. He dedicated his entire weekend to helping us on our trip out from CO. Once we found a home he worked hard to make sure all the proper documentation was in place. He went the extra step of representing us during the inspection as we were unable to travel out for that. During the entire process Dominick made us feel as if we were his only clients as he was always prompt to respond to any questions/concerns we had. Even after closing Dominick has been very gracious to still provide any guidance we may need in this transition to a new home and a new state. Without any hesitation we would use his services again in the future as well as recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.

This is one of the most honest, hardworking, and dependable realtor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He took care of everything, while I lived in another state. An incredible young man who I highly recommend.
