Don is very knowledgeable about the Real Estate and Lending industry, he is a Broker that cared more about my needs, my time and my goals than his own. he was able to negotiate a fair buying price, offered me a great interest rate that was lower than what i had already been quoted and was able to offer me a lender credit of 2% of my sales price towards my closing costs and with a lower rate, not once did he try and "SELL" me a house but instead took the time to point out things that would show up in the home and pest inspections before they were even done, he is very pleasant, experienced and would be an agent that i would recommend to all my friends and family, i was using another agent prior to him that showed me homes i wasn't interested in, got angry when i didn't want to write an offer and basically didn't know what she was talking about. I met him at an open house and he gave me more information in 5 minutes than my previous agent did in 2 months. his reputation got my offer accepted over 8 other offers and i wasn't even the highest offer. thank you Don for having the customer service skills, energy and due diligence to do what it takes to make my home buying dream come true
