Don L Gruber

Don Gruber has been the Broker at Big Green Zucchini Real Estate since March of 2004. He has experience in many aspects of local real estate sales and property management, and although he is responsible for all of the agents and employees of Big Green Zucchini Real Estate, continues to list and sell property himself. The business of real estate is always changing, at least in recent years, and it is necessary to always change with it. Mr. Gruber, as a result, is knowledgeable in sales of bank-owned property, of short sales, probate sales and regular sales. He has experience in sales of condos and apartment buildings, as well as of single family houses. He takes very seriously the job of agent, in which he, the agent, is “one who is authorized to act for or in the place of another.” That means, in his opinion, that the interests of the client come above his own personal interests, and he always acts according to that code. Doing so sometimes means turning down potentially profitab
