Don Nichols

A native of New Orleans, Don Nichols is extremely honest in his real estate dealings with home sellers and buyers alike. He is a “straight shooter” with his clients and is focused on developing relationships that create clients for life. It’s the most rewarding part of his real estate business. An avid outdoorsman, Don enjoys hunting and fishing. In fact, he moved to Colorado in 1997 because of the state’s magnificent high country. He has planned his next trip to Alaska to view Grizzly Bears. Don has completed the Triple By Pass, a 130-mile bike ride from Evergreen to Avon, on three occasions. He loves to ski and has also completed one marathon. Don climbs one of Colorado’s majestic 14ers each year.
