Throughout my career, I have had flexible and self-directed positions with indirect supervision. I have worked remotely and directly as part of a team and as a sole entity. I enjoy working with the public and have gained diverse, face-to-face experience with individuals from various backgrounds including those with demanding schedules and responsibilities. I was downsized from a mortgage company after 18 years due to corporate restructuring but in the Top Ten when my office closed. I have managed sales staff in a real estate office and helped raise it to 3rd place. In one position, I developed new territory promoting wholesale lending products to lenders through previous contacts, referrals and cold-calling.
