He gave me a list of things to do. He estimated the time my house would sell although, we missed the date but, he never gave up. I had a stroke right after listing my house and was unable to complete my to do list. He worked around that, and never complained. Right before my home sold I had spinal fusion in my neck. He took care of everything, even sending a notary to my home. All I can say is, he went above and beyond on the sale of my home. I would recommend Mr. Martin to anyone. He gets ten stars out of five.
