Donna was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond her job in many ways. I was making a cross state move and she went out of her way to find me the perfect home quickly. She did things for me during the process so I didn't have to make an extra 5 hour trip. The morning of closing I made an emergency call to her because my refrigerator was mistakenly being delivered early (VERY early in the morning). Donna gladly raced over to my home to let the delivery people in, as well as inspected the refrigerator and sent pictures to me. Donna stepped in at the last minute and managed to get our listing up and running in days, including scheduling an open house for the first weekend. My wife and I were in a high-speed corporate relo. Through a short series of submissions (by Donna) and commentary (by us) of available properties, Donna was able to quickly narrow down the field to likely candidates. By the time we came to look, in the 2-3 days we spent with her, any one was a realistic option and we just had to decide which was truly best.
