Although I have many friends and family in real estate, I was referred to Donna because of her area expertise, and am glad I used her services.This was my first home purchase experience. Although I spent a lot of time myself doing my homework and researching, Donna was very helpful and knowledgable. She was able to give me tips and useful details that I would have never thought about or have had the time to read about during the busy experience.I was also able to get a great looking home, under asking price, and competing against the aggressive market and investors. I believe this was in part because of the people she knew as well as the trust they had in her. It always helps to work with someone who knows the game, the area, the competition and the players. Donna was that person for me. Lastly, she was patient with me through my roller coaster of emotions, choices and questions (lots and lots of questions). So thank you Donna for the smooth experience and helping me get my great home.

Donna was such a great help to me when I was selling my home and looking for a new one. She helped me find a nice home and I never felt intimidated or uncomfortable around her. We had a previous agent who did not really care to help us and seemed to only be in it for the sell but Donna made me feel like I mattered. She put my best interest first. She was very patient with me and helped negotiate a contract to help me stay in my previous home until I found a new one which was such a relief. She's a great agent and I highly recommend her.

I would recommend Donna and her team to anyone. She was professional, prompt in her communication, and made the experience selling our home a pleasure and was equally diligent with my home purchase. The team staged our home so beautifully and the team went out of their way on multiple occasions to ensure all details around the preparation and sale of our home were addressed.
